While My Chances of Getting Pregnant Were Deem, I Made it Through and Succeeded

Hi everyone, my name is Ashley and I decided to address a few misconceptions about birth control as well as give a personal advice that would hopefully increase your chances of getting pregnant. Like a lot of women, I had a serious difficulty getting pregnant, however, my case was more peculiar as I was taking birth control pills for the duration of my life. Looking back at all the difficulties I had makes me cringe, but I am happy that this is all behind me and I am not only a mom but also a much healthier person as well. I wish you all the very best luck and remember, do not let any one tell you that you can't get pregnant. Keep trying until you achieve your goal!

Looking around at other couples, it may seem that the chances of getting pregnant are fairly easy, but in reality getting pregnant takes perfect timing and sometimes many months or years of trying to conceive. The truth is that it is possible to take a very long time to conceive. Women under the age of 30 usually get pregnant after trying for 12 to 18 months. Studies show that only 25% of women will conceive after their first cycle. Nearly 60% of women get pregnant within 6 months, 75% in 9 months and 90% in 18 months.

Misconceptions about birth control and the chances of getting pregnant

There are many methods and tips that may help increase your chances of getting pregnant, but one big misconception that many people believe is that if you stop taking birth control (the pill especially) a woman will become pregnant right away. Well, this is just not so in most cases. It takes time for the body to come off of birth control and regulate normally again. There are some women who come off of birth control and become pregnant without even trying while there are other women have to go through a few months of irregular menstrual cycles until finally increasing their chances of getting pregnant.

How to naturally increase your chances of pregnancy

Most women today are aware that maintaining a well-balanced and nutritious diet are both important to the body’s overall health. But, what many probably do not know is that a healthy diet is vital to reproductive health and a woman’s chances of conceiving a baby. Yes, when pregnant, women are hungry and want to eat. Of course they are eating more for the baby and tend to want all different kinds of foods, some foods they normally do not crave, and that is ok.

Every woman must know how important a healthy and active lifestyle is when trying to get pregnant. Whether or not a woman can maintain a healthy diet and lifestyle will largely impact the odds of pregnancy. Everything that is consumed has to be watched. Alcohol, drugs and cigarettes have to be stopped immediately. It is fine to eat many kinds of foods while pregnant, but it must be remembered that the benefits of a healthy diet, regular exercise and overall good health are still very important. Those women who are unhealthy and not paying attention to their diet or exercise will have a higher chance of infertility.

Not only is maintaining a healthy body important but so is avoiding things that may decreases chances of conception. There are certain foods and supplements that increase chances of getting pregnant while there are other foods and products that can lead to problems getting pregnant. Understanding your body, what you put in it and how it works is essential in learning how to enhance your chances of getting pregnant.
